Egg whites 2 / 80g+-
Sugar 50g / 1/4cup
Almond meal 80g / 3/4cup
Cake flour 35g / 3Tbsp
Salt 1/8tsp
Vanilla bean paste 1tsp
Raspberry as needed

Mold size 6x2cm 10

Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 20-25 minutes
