Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Cake flour 60g｜5Tbsp
Fresh milk 15g / 1Tbsp
Unsalted butter 15g｜1Tbsp

Sugar 15g｜2Tbsp
Hot water 15g｜1Tbsp

Whipping cream 115g｜1/2cup
Sugar 15g｜2Tbsp
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Strawberry

Pan 20cm

Bake at 170°C｜340°F for 30-35 minutes
