This video shows an early prototype of the "Jeff" autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) that is being developed at the Biorobotics Institute at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.
At this development stage, the AUV is stil tethered to a controller to test the actuators and the agility of the AUV. It will be equipped with various sensors that will allow a swarm of AUV to collectively perform underwater tasks.
