When comes to Clover Club the history is everywhere so I decided to jump straight to the cocktail recipes. You can see I pick the Classic Recipe followed by Julie Riner modern classic and finally a funky version of the Clover Club.
All three cocktails are fantastic and you must pick your favourite. My wife loves the Julie Riner Clover Club cocktail recipe. Watch the video and find out which one of these three Gin Cocktail Classics is my favourite.
