Compañero Cocktail is another recipe I created in 2018, and today, we are revising the recipe with a few changes. Niamh will make the cocktail for the first time, so there is no pressure. Also, welcome to the new bar. We hope you like what you see, and most importantly, you like Rum Cocktails. The Compañero Cocktail is made with a split rum base combining two exceptional Rums from Trinidad and Haiti with a homemade Tropical Syrup Puree.
