The Cleveland Racer is a vintage cast aluminium toy car from the 1920's. I have an original but I want to make two replica cars. In this episode, I finish up the castings by polishing the surfaces to remove as much of the sand casting texture as possible. I also make the axles with the help of my Threadexpress thread milling attachment.
