Hommage a Rameau by Claude Debussy.
Once you get into the typical impressionist harmonies, you'll realize this is simply one of the most beautiful piano pieces ever written. Really.
The piece has ample room for experimenting with chord color, which can serve to make it sound more interesting.
I've seen some recordings on youtube of this piece, many of them played by pianists with better technique than mine. But I'm still quite happy with the result (I do know that it is not played perfectly ;) .)

Technical details: recorded on a yamaha gt2 digital grand piano on a boss br600 multitrack recorder in dry recording mode. The video was shot using a panasonic SD20 video camera. Image and sound were mixed and title screen was added using kdenlive on debian linux unstable.
