I keep finding small treasures in my collection of Lyadov music. This prelude in B minor is a not-too-difficult (apart from a few measures which made me sweat really hard!), lovely melancholic piece. I had to be a bit creative with fingering to avoid straining the left hand. (Youtube has other recordings of this piece, some of which are definitely better than mine; the one made by Marina Scalafiotti comes to mind although it has a tiny bit too much pedal to my taste).
Some technical data:
The piano is a yamaha gt2 digital grand piano. Sound is recorded on a boss br-600 multitrack recorder (in dry recording mode). The video is shot using a panasonic sd20 avchd camera. Image and sound was mixed together using the latest svn version of kdenlive according to more or less the same process as my other Lyadov recording.
