Welcome to Class 3 of the Face Lifter Sampler Program.
In this session, we’re focusing on the area where jowls form, and more importantly, why they develop in the first place.
When alignment is compromised, the balance between collagen and elastin shifts. Collagen provides structural support, while elastin contributes to elasticity, and changes in these tissues can influence how the face appears over time, including areas like the jawline, creating sagging and the appearance of jowls.
In this class, you’ll learn how to:
• Address adhesions along the underside of the jaw
• Support the skin by promoting balance in the tissue
• Address the appearance of sagging and jowls
• Support lymphatic flow and circulation
• Bring awareness to tongue position and jaw alignment
This work is about more than appearance. It’s about supporting structure, symmetry, and flow.
✨ With consistent practice, you may begin to feel more freedom in the tissue and notice subtle but powerful changes over time.
