Do you stretch regularly but still feel restricted?
In this video, Deanna explains how fascia can influence the way your muscles and surrounding structures move. Using a rolled-up towel, she demonstrates a simple technique you can explore before returning to your stretch and noticing what feels different.
The goal isn’t to force yourself deeper. Instead, remain within a comfortable range, focus on a full exhale and allow time for your body to respond.
For this demonstration, you’ll need:
A rolled-up towel or Block
A comfortable place to sit
At least three minutes
Every body is uniquely held. Move gently, listen to your body and stop if you experience pain, numbness or concerning symptoms.
