Hi everyone, back again before Christmas with a new type of song. This song has a much more trappy/dark sound to it than usual but it’s a style that I have had a lot of fun experimenting with recently and will likely build on it more in the future. Also this is the first time I have really used vocal samples extensively in a song and I think it helped give it a much more appealing sound. Hope you all like it, happy holidays!

Happy new year! Hoping 2021 will be a much better year for many of you compared to 2020, and to kick it off I have a lyric video! I actually made the last song, “Heart of the Wicked”, from this one as a more orchestral version, but it basically turned into its own thing. Really proud of how this one turned out as a blending of cinematic and my dark/electronic sound, hope you all like it, more to come in 2021!

I like to think this version would be Jinx’s darker take on the song “Enemy” by Imagine Dragons. I was a big fan of Arcane and love many of the League of Legend cinematic songs, so after seeing the show I knew I needed to put my touch on it. You might also notice I actually revamped my previous song “Turn Out The Light” to make this one. It was also great working with Scarlett, whose voice just seemed to fit the dark vibe perfectly. Should I keep the cover songs coming?
