Hello Darlings, it's officially December so time to get festive!!!! I made my "Nan's special yummy fruitcake" which I have been very excited to bake for over a year now! I hope you enjoy the video and are starting to get into the Christmas spirit! I'll see you next week as I decorate the house for Christmas!

"Nan's Special Yummy Fruit Cake"
1kg mixed fruit
3 cups any sugar free juice
1/2 cup of any chopped nuts

Pour juice over fruit and nuts, and leave overnight.

Next Morning
3 cups self raising flour
Mix well the flour into the fruit.
Prepare a cake tin, line well with baking paper.
Cook in 150C/302F degree oven on bottom shelf for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Leave in tin to cool, leave one day before cutting.
Enjoy!
