March was a rough month for me mood wise ... I was trying to find my center after several stressful events and I really have high hopes for April that my resilience will increase and I'll find more hope and faith. Both Mom and my husband Manuel have been dealing with health issues and I fell into a real negative spiral of "what ifs". I can honestly say the pen hobby and writing letters, journaling and even planning does sustain me and I wouldn't know what to do without the beautiful colors and the daily writing and connection with pen friends. Thank you for being here.
I'm ready to really address re-calibrating my own health after putting on 10 unwanted pounds and slipping in my food choices ... my Intermittent Fasting (which I've remained firmly consistent with) is still the tool that keeps me out of bigger trouble with eating and weight AND I have some changes to make as well. I'll let you know at the Progress Report time how that is going. See you mid month for a report on how these pens and inks are behaving. Before then I'll come out with one of the videos I've been planning -- so I'll actually see you sooner.
