CHIPS Alliance hosts open source tools and IP blocks for ASIC development, and has a vision of aligning open source efforts towards building a tool suite for faster and more collaborative design and testing of silicon.
This talk will outline the activities and objectives of the recently restructured SV Tools project, concerned with SV development, testing and productivity with CHIPS-hosted tools like Verible, RISC-V DV or SV-tests and their integration with the broader open source tooling ecosystem, as well as new developments in the VeeR family of RISC-V cores, including the Guineveer SoC based on the Topwrap SoC generator.

, this time covering some war stories from the past 12 months of getting Tiliqua hardware ready to ship, and all the new features added to the DSP/RTL library since then. Well cover some fun topics such:
* Implementing low-latency USB host purely in gateware
* Dynamic frequency scaling for display switching
* New DSP cores and example projects
* How we are adding first-class fixed-point types to the Amaranth language
* Lessons learned from shipping hardware (and some tricks for passing CE/EMC)
As we walk through each theme, this talk will include some live demos on a small Eurorack system demonstrating each. Tiliqua - Accessible, Reconfigurable Audio DSP Platform (Sebastian Holzapfel)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/XyGxTcwcONQ/mqdefault.jpg)
