Imperial Recipe:
6 cloves garlic
¼ cup chipotle peppers
¼ cup cilantro stalk
¼ cup shallot
3 tbsp soy sauce
½ cup avocado oil
½ cup lime juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander

40 g shallot
45 ml soy sauce
120 ml avocado oil
120 ml lime juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
