When your iPhone or MacBook Air has a problem, you can take it to Apple, and make an appointment with the Genius Bar. Apple Inc. offers this free service in China too. The problem is, some very "entrepreneurial" Chinese people have devised a way to make money off this free service. They create several email addresses to make Genius Bar appointments, and take up all of the time slots. They then offer these times up for sale for people with genuine Apple queries.
