A Shanghai man was recently left more than 2,000 yuan out of pocket, after he said cash he withdrew from an ATM included 23 fake 100 yuan bills.
This isn't the first time that Chinese ATMS have reportedly given out counterfeit currency, and it's part of a wider problem of fake money in the country.
