So I was chomping away noodles one day, when I suddenly got curious about where they came from? What's their history?
It's that 3 am curiosity, that you just suddenly need to know. That's when I realized... I know practically nothing about something I've eaten my whole life.
So I looked it up and boy was it an interesting trip.
