Sarah Frankland, Head Pastry Chef of Michelin-starred Chinese dim sum teahouse Yauatcha shows us how to make Red Mandarin Macarons.
The restaurant has teamed up with luxury fashion destination Harvey Nichols to celebrate the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse.
It currently hosts a spectacular one-off window display designed by the department store and each guest will also receive a mystery envelope containing lavish prizes, a modern take on the Chinese tradition of gifting friends and family with red envelopes containing money.
