A 9-year-old Chinese girl learnt a hard lesson after watching her father get beaten up by a group of Chinese city patrol officials, also known as Chengguan, near Beijing on July 25.
Her father had taken her out to set up a lamp selling stall on the street. To try and avoid being hassled by the Chengguan, the father, Mr. Tian, even put up a sign explaining that the girl is trying to learn about society, and challenging herself by peddling things on the street.
However, local chengguan objected to them being there, and an altercation broke out.
