Bot don’t feel bad for actors looking silly dancing in a national commercial, that dancing paid their mortgage and qualified them for health insurance.

There is just no way in absolute heck that it takes 10 people to write a 3 chord pop song! Havana!? The Middle? 17 songwriters between them and only 3 chords. Not even a change in the chord progression for a chorus or bridge! Just the same dang 3 chords throughout the whole thing!
OK, obviously this is something that bothers me, which is why I was so happy that this bit from my live concert album (Rob P. Rocks A Jazz Club) went over so well with the live audience. Some comedy industry people have told me its a subject thats too specific to music theory people and musicians, but I think its something everyone can understand if presented properly.
