Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 cans chili without beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained (2 1/4 oz)
1 can chopped green chilies
1 package frozen tator tots.
In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the chili, tomato sauce, olives and chilies. Transfer to two greased 8-inch square baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese; top with tator tots.
Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months. cover and bake the remaining casserole at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
