Homemade Chili Sauce / Hot Sauce (Tuong Ot). In this recipe I use ghost peppers which are insanely spicy but you can substitute with habanero, Thai chili, serrano, jalapeno or any pepper you like. Enjoy!

1 large red bell pepper (8 oz)
2 ghost peppers (1 oz) or other hot peppers: habanero, Thai chili, serrano or jalapeno
2 large garlic cloves
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Yields: 1 cup
