Maybe useful for Max% No Inventory Explosives, Bingo and Restriction Races?
I don't fully understand the HESS and the Angle it gives you yet. Maybe someone better than me can figure it out.
Setup:
1. Get in the corner as shown
2. Backflip 11 times
3. Slash the Armos
4. On the first frame the Armos is not red anymore, slash again
5. Put away sword with FPS Item (Keep holding Shield + Z)
6. Buffer until the 2nd frame of the last hop of the Armos that is past the left side of the left pillar
7. Press A
8. One frame after A release Z+R and hold ESS
9. Press Z+R on HESS frame
10. Get in the corner as shown
11. When Links head is centered on the left pillar, equip Hover Boots and hold up (Release Z if held)
12. Hold Left as soon as he clips (probably not frame perfect)
13. As soon as you hit the crawlspace, release control stick
14. Wait a bit and then navigate your way into the child side
