This is a single segment recording played on the official Japanese Wii Virtual Console release of Ocarina of Time.
This is exactly how it would be done in a Max% No Inventory Explosives (268 Item) run.
The 38th Heart Piece is one of three Beta Heart Pieces that are not accessible via normal methods.
It is located in an unused Scene Setup of the Kakariko Graveyard and can be accessed with a Wrong Warp.
A special shoutouts to Tob3000 for the clever idea of using a Cutscene Item to stop the collapse timer from taking you away when doing the Farore's Wind Void Warp, and to jolin012 for being consistently helpful and teaching me how all of this works.
Without both of them this wouldn't have been possible.
