1 package of Brocoli, Cauliflower, carrots.
1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, 1/2 a smaller onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cream
1 rotisserie chicken shredded, or a container of the preshredded stuff
2 cups of cheddar cheese shredded
4 Tbs Butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp Basil Chopped
3/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp pepper and salt
Cheddar Bay box mix (1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and 3/4 cup water)
drizzle of oil for the baking dish
