HOT CHOCOLATE COOKIES

1/2 cup butter softened
▢1/4 cup sugar
▢1/4 cup brown sugar
▢1 egg
▢2 tablespoons milk
▢1 teaspoon vanilla
▢1 1/8 cups flour (1 cup + 2 tablespoons)
▢1/3 cup powdered hot cocoa mix
▢1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder*
▢1/2 teaspoon baking soda
▢1/4 teaspoon salt
▢1/2 cup marshmallow bits
▢1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

1 1/2 cups (390g) creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons salted butter, softened
2 1/4 cups (270g) powdered sugar
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
