Swedish Apple Cake 🍎🍎🍎
Ingredients
½ cup butter, room temp
1 ⅔ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups diced & peeled apples (~2 large apples, whichever is your favorite)
Optional: ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts and Brown Sugar on top
