Sample roasting on the Nucleus Coffee Tools LINK sample roaster with Sam Corra of ONA Coffee. Sam was instrumental in developing the profiles that LINK utilizes, so he's the perfect person to demonstrate how it works on a honey processed Honduran coffee from Finca Terrerito that I brought to SCA Expo in Houston (April 2025).

I think the LINK is an amazing piece of roasting technology (hardware and software). I've roasted on them a little myself and hope to do some deeper dives soon so keep an eye out for more videos. Let me know what questions you have and what you want to see when I get into that.
