In this video, I show you the difference between cheap espresso beans and expensive ones. Lavazza has a lot of broken beans, leading to varying roast degrees. There are also a lot of quakers. The M-Espresso on the other hand have been handled much more gently - no broken beans, and a very consistent roast level. Which would you choose?
