In this video, we review the Delonghi La Specialista Opera EC9555, a NEW model in the La Specialista line, that finally addresses the number of grinding settings, includes a 3 way solenoid (finally!) and makes really excellent drinks. We test it shortly for single dosing, listen to the grinder on a lighter and darker roast, and make a bunch of drinks with it.
