Former Paralympic swimmer now Para-canoe World Champion, Charlotte Henshaw was one of the first Paralympic athletes Tim and Jacko coached whilst she was still a swimmer. See the effect that coaching can have on a persons progress when they just need a few key points or help with an element of their technique they werent yet aware of. Here we are coaching in person at a workshop in Marbella, Spain (workshops all over UK and Europe - https://schoolofcalisthenics.com/workshops ) but the same is true for those students following our training programmes and courses inside our Virtual Classroom.
Thats because our coaching philosophy focusses on educating YOU to be able to understand the process better for yourself. Highlighting and improving your awareness of whats happening, helping you with the development of that BUT ultimately giving you the tools to then be able to coach yourself.
