CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — The Charleston County Sheriff's Office is doing its part to help victims of Hurricane Helene.

It is one of several Lowcountry agencies and nonprofits coming together to help people in the Upstate and Western North Carolina.
