Easiest to setup at 55-70%.
Charizard's neutral air + pivot reverse up smash + forward smash = DEATH.
This setup works on the following characters:
Bowser
Bowser Jr.
Donkey Kong
Duck Hunt (Up smash must be spaced correctly)
King Dedede
Meta Knight
Charizard
Jigglypuff (Up smash must be spaced correctly)
R.O.B.
Pac-Man (Up smash must be spaced correctly)
This is just from my research and testing, if you find any other characters be sure to let me know!

If I had the power to buff the puff, I would at least give her a combo throw into rest or something like that maybe a 50/50. Before anyone comments how ridiculous it sounds, look how Robin and DK were buffed. It didnt remove their bigger problems but it helped a lot. Not only does Jiggs grab range suck but it would actually be worth getting a grab now. Id also do a lot more but thats for a potential video :)
