If I had the power to buff the puff, I would at least give her a combo throw into rest or something like that maybe a 50/50. Before anyone comments how ridiculous it sounds, look how Robin and DK were buffed. It didn't remove their bigger problems but it helped a lot. Not only does Jiggs' grab range suck but it would actually be worth getting a grab now. I'd also do a lot more but that's for a potential video :)
