In parliament on Monday (Oct 14), Singapore Education Minister Chan Chun Sing addressed concerns about under-reporting of bullying cases in schools and suggestions to add more channels to report cases. "Regardless of the channels, we want to give people and students the confidence that if you are in doubt, where you feel troubled, you should be able to use existing channels to report it to the adults," he said. This comes after a spate of high-profile bullying cases involving students.
