The Missouri Highway Patrol was able to use this Trooper's dashboard camera, along with witnesses, to track down a semi-truck driver who fled an accident scene after swerving into a passenger vehicle causing a fiery chain-reaction accident that involved a second semi-truck. The fleeing driver was charged with felony leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and the outcome of the court proceedings is unknown. No serious injuries were sustained in the accident with the driver of the passenger vehicle being treated and released from an area hospital. (2007)
