We were asked to get this Cervelo R3 featuring a BBright bottom bracket, up to scratch for a rider to build into a lightweight climbing bike. The design was great in principle, the stiffness of BB386evo, and the chain ring clearance of PF30 external. The headset was all rusted up and the bottom bracket was left hanging out and scuffed up. In this video I show you how to remove the bracket and how to decide on the best solution to install.
