I had an idea! With today's wacky Black Friday deals, can we upgrade an Ultegra Groupset for than half the cost of just upgrading to Dura Ace, but make the end result Lighter and Better than an actual Dura Ace groupset.

I think I can, and here are my ideas, calculations and reasoning.

Using some Dura Ace components, Hope Tech parts and some brake bits from Galfer.
