The wireless shifting generation is almost complete, just the Shimano Road groupsets remain somewhat wired. That must be about to change. In this video I explore some of the things that Shimano should copy and improve on, and the gaps I really hope they fill.
Will we see a lighter trimmer rear mech, will they offer lower gear ratios? Will it be 12 speed or 13 speed, or even more?
I am really looking forward to your comments, and I am eagerly waiting to see how Shimano will be taking road biking into a brave new future.
