Happy birthday to us! Today marks 20 years of Creative Folkestone.
Since 2002, we have been working to transform Folkestone into what it is today.
We now have over 260 studios, workspaces and homes for hundreds and hundreds of amazing creatives in the Quarter. We have welcomed millions of visitors to the town to enjoy festivals, events and, of course the Folkestone Triennial and Artworks.
We have been amazed and inspired by the people of Folkestone and the incredible creativity here in our town.
And we are only just getting started...
Our work has only been possible due to the generosity of our founding funder, the Roger De Haan Charitable Trust, and all of our other funders and supporters. Their encouragement over the years has helped us to unlock the potential of our town. And thank you for singing, dancing, making and creating with us for the past 20 years. Here's to many more years of Creative Folkestone.
