This video will focus on me mainly getting two more important things from the Lab area of this game.

First off, in a treasure room right next to the Save Room I started in, there will be another door nearby. Treasure rooms are usually just one door to enter, but others may have additional doors that you needed to keep a good eye out for.
This goes through a small hallway that leads to a locked treasure door. To unlock this, you'll need to have the Red Pheonix Key from the Garden Forgotten by Time. Good thing I went there first.
In THIS treasure room, you'll find a very helpful Relic: Wolf's Foot.
The Wolf Foot will allow Leon to run faster. That's it.
But this will be needed for certain obstacles and to make longer jumps over certain gaps. Also, it just makes running through rooms and empty hallways feel a bit less tedious, assuming you have the MP for it.

The room at 3:02 has a moving platform that you can use for a ride, but there's a secret offscreen path that you can reach to the right in order to head towards where the next elemental whip is. I don't actually go for it, however, until 8:00.
This is for the Whip of Flames, and once again, you'll have to fight an Elemental Spirit to win it. The Flame Elemental can hit REALLY hard, so hard that even blocking him will stagger Leon and open him up for another attack.
I went through quite a few Potions, but I eventually get the Whip of Flames.
Change between elements to your own leisure to take advantage of different enemy weaknesses.

Other actions I do here involves finding a secret to reach the Yellow Dragon Key, and going through a scaling obstacle course in order to get to the "e" Tablet, which is what I'm gonna need in order to restore and fight the boss that I had encountered before between getting the Wolf's Foot and the Whip of Flames.
