Welcome! In this video walkthrough series, we'll be tackling one of the tougher games on the NES: Castlevania 3! This game amps up the difficulty and returns to the Castlevania 1 style of gameplay with a few additions. For starters, you can choose several different paths to play different stages as well as recruit one of three different characters to play as! Grant can cling to walls and jump high, Alucard can shoot energy balls and transform into a bat while Syfa can use different magic spells. This leads to a lot of fun replayability as you try different stages and characters.
This walkthrough series is designed to show you how to beat all the different paths with all the characters in six parts, two for each character. If you're looking for the easiest route, I recommend the Syfa walkthrough while those looking for a challenge should watch the Grant run.
In the final part, we wrap up the game by tackling the second quest with Syfa. The route taken in this run is 1-3-4A-5A-6A-7A-8-9-10.
