Recently I got another request to make a Cigar Ashtray and of course I wanted to document the process on YouTube. This is the casting part of the project and since I'm expecting to do more of these I decided to finally make a proper mold for the metal inlay that goes into them. You can use the inlay to put out your cigar.
Now I can just grab the mold and cast another one. However, one isn't really worth the effort of warming up the furnace so I will generally make several at a time; in this case I made two of them.

Commercial offer: An Ashtray like this will cost 50 Euro plus shipping. Thanks to this project I have the wood and an inlay ready to do one more. Any takers? 😎
