Cast Iron Wednesday chicken & rice meal with "Bluefin" and "Puffin" We cooked up some chicken and rice using our cast iron pan on a Coleman propane stove. We added some Bullseye Barbecue sauce. It didn't look like a very appetizing dish but after a long day of hiking and kayaking it was a welcome meal and it tasted awesome!

Recipe:
1 can of chicken
Several cups of rice cooked
Barbecue sauce to taste
