Come along for a lunch in the woods with us. I take my son to LaManche Provincial Park located in Newfoundland, Canada where we go snowshoeing and cook up a little winter lunch. He had a "Happy Yak" Mushroom Risotto while I enjoyed a "Mountain House" Chilli Mac and Cheese dinner. We also enjoyed quite a few cups of tea on this crisp winter afternoon.
He used a propane/iso-butane stove and I used my dollar store Ikea style hobo stove with wood. My new little Triangia kettle was just perfect for a cup of tea. We had several as we were just relaxing and having a chat. A wonderful way to spend some time in the woods in the winter.
