In her 2019-2020 Annual Report, French Language Services Commissioner Kelly Burke recommends the use of a tool to evaluate French language services. It is called the French Language Services Commissioner’s Compass.

The FLSC Compass identifies where government planning for French language services meets the specific needs of Francophones and where improvements are needed.
