Cartoon Contradictions & Inconsistencies:
Starting off we have Who can understand Stewie: In Some Family Guy episodes only Brian can understand stewie, in other episodes only Kids, Brian and Strangers can understand Stewie, but his siblings and parents can not, and in other episodes his family can understand him:
Next we have SpongeBob’s ability to breathe air or not without magic or tech: In Some Episodes SpongeBob can go above water just fine, and speak without struggling to breathe. He would just look like a kitchen sponge. In other episodes SpongeBob is in desperate need of water when in Sandy’s dome:
Prior to Season 15, there was no explanation to explain why Kenny kept dying in South Park, it was more of a running gag but technically an inconsistency for him to be back in the next episode or scene as if he never died. After decades we finally get a reason but I don’t want to spoil it:
Does Cosmo have a Brother? In the Grand Plan Episode of Fairly Odd Parents, Wanda claims that Cosmo is an Only Child, but in the Episode Double Oh Schnozmo, we are introduced to Cosmo’s Brother Schnozmo.
And Finally: Orion Pax Liking Megatron in Transformers Prime. When Optimus lost the Matrix he reverted to Orion Pax, however according to Transformers Prime Exodus, Megatron Turned on Orion Pax before he became a Prime, so even as Orion Pax he still should have Known, unless he lost a lot of his Orion memory as well and the show just didn’t explain that.
