After that crazy and unfortunately first day in Cartagena, we had to quickly locate a new apartment or hotel to stay for the remainder of the trip. It was difficult getting another AirBNB type apartment due to the short notice. Owners are given 24 hours to respond. We tried to reserve a few spots but the owners did not respond in time therefore we had to cancel. Most also did not have hot water. We finally decided on an older hotel with a killer view. The best view I have ever seen.
