Today was a day of protest in Colombia. I was warned not to go out because it might get dangerous. It was not my intent to get caught in the protest. I thought I was getting away from it all by going to lunch with a friend in Poblado. We were just having a great time at lunch and we totally forgot about the protest. I took a cab to the store to buy food and got caught in the middle of the protest. It was scary.. I am glad I made it home safely. Colombia protest.
